عقود اذنی ،آثار مشترک  ، امانت ،نیابت ،اذن،ودیعه ، عاریه ، وکالت ، مضاربه ، مصر   Abstract Permissive contracts belong to a group of contracts which it is used widely and daily in the community. Hence it is necessary to recognize these kinds of contracts. about nature of these kinds of the contracts some professionals do not consider these kinds as the contracts due to their instability and some professional due to lack of obligation in these kinds of contracts and considering these kinds as contract is due to neglect it is supposed to have some sort of tolerance, while some don’t believe that the necessity is the nature of the contract but believe that the contract is as a compositional irreversible covenant. Such instances of the permissive contracts: deposit contract, loan, advocacy, co- partnership, partnership and the common effects of these contracts are permission, on behalf of and trust, so if an obligation resulted from these contracts it would be due to minor aspects. The common features of these contracts are free and satisfactory. Permission contracts are legal contracts and they become invalid and illegal with madness and death of each party and expiration of the contract or mutual agreement of the parties to terminate the contract. While Egyptian law indicates that the loan and deposit contracts are necessary contracts and become invalid by death, agreement, expiration of the term of this contract, so madness and insane are not considered important factors in termination of these contracts. In addition, the Egyptian Civil Code, if the parties agree to continue the contract after the death of one of the parties, after the death of the aforesaid, contract will remain the same.
