It has been also used today because of Legal restrictions on access to weapons and also, the heavy penalties that apply to the holders and carriers of weapons So; The easy availability of acid and other chemical compound Have become the most common way to commit crimes. Legal elements of the crime enacted in 1337. The Physical behaviors needed to realize the crime of acid spray are affirmative spraying acid and other chemical compounds. Other instances like a syringing and feeding acid that is also leading to the same results will not be punished as a crime of acid attack. For committing this crime, it is important and necessary to use acid and other chemical compounds to be punished by means of the single article. However, limiting the instruments of committing this crime with acids and other chemicals can cause the non-chemical compounds that lead to the same results in a single article shall not be punishable as an offense of spraying acid.
