Abstract Deeds Drawing Up Easement in Notary Public Offices Act was ratified by the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Majlis) on August 15, 2006 after several decades of strict legislation coupled with creating various assignments for Notary Public Offices for the task of drawing up official deeds and in response to needs and necessities based on modification of said legislation policy which led to propagation of drawing up of ordinary deeds and reluctance of individuals to draw up official deeds and non-recovery of governmental fees and violation of regulations of article 48 of Registration Act and imposition of huge expenses to state general budget and wasting of national assets in macroeconomic and financial terms and rays of hope commenced glowing in the heart of mentors and reformers. Such that with its results becoming clear it is expected that the legislators will step in this path with more assurance and will expose other parts and divisions to this method in reducing cumbersome and useless assignments and bureaucracy which promote despair from improvement and reform in administrative affairs and leads to improvement in different administrative, economic and social domains of the government. The said act consists of eight articles and one note.
